Default How use .bak restore email

thanks for your help.

It is not my business, my friend give me this .bak file and want me restore
.. i donn't know why he just have a .bak file and how make it?
i moved this quesiton to Outlook Express newsgroup.

..bak file could very wel be a pre-compaction dbx file. Since this is true,
