well known but in OE that will never be fixed. Closing and opening OE will
fix it for awhile. Also, grabbing the bottom of the toolbar an pushing it
up and then pulling it back down will fix it as well, until it decides to
do it again.

they are added and removed but not in application.

He somehow made the bar smaller or something, very hard to understand on
