In my "Contacts" view using "address Cards", I have customized the
font (& size) to what I want. Whenever I move out of the Contacts
folder and return, the format I installed is viewed as I installed it,
only to have it revert to the standard "Tahoma" 8 pt font within 30
seconds or so.

There is nothing that I could find in the Knowledge Base.

How do I make the change so it "sticks"?
