Default At Windows Logon a message...

Here's what I had to do to fix it. After adding that registry setting
suggested I did a search of the entire registry for that deleted
e-mail account and found another setting under HKEY_USERS and had to
add the setting for MessageExpiryDays to it also. For some reason
the keys if I deleted them came right back which leads me to think it
is stored in a file other than the registry which updates the
registry.

The HKEY_CURRENT_USER tree gets loaded from the HKEY_USER tree of the peson
who's logging in and WIndows keeps the two trees in sync to that changes
made to the active user get written back to the person's windows profile for
the next time that person logs in. Perhaps that's why you saw what you did.
