Default outlook express

Move all the dbx files out of the message store directory. And make sure
you disable email scanning of your antivirus software. See
www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

See it that helps.

See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#7 Try deleting folders.dbx (hidden) and
see
if it works then.

Yes I did that and thats where just the blue screen comes up and I have
to
restart my pc to get it off or my cpu runs at 100%.

Go to C:\program files\outlook express with Windows Explorer and see
if
there is a msimn.exe file there. If so click on it and see if OE
starts.

I have xp home with ie7,sp2.The other day my outlook express program
came up and said it has been removed from my computer.I have
reinstalled windows sp2,ie6 and ie7,and did system restore also. And
it
still won't come back.I use it for all my email accounts.Does anyone
have any suggestions on what I need to do now besides to do a
recovery
on my pc which I suppose is my last resort. Thanks in advance for any
