You may not have installed the application necessary
to support the attachment type. As example, if you
receive a .pps attachment, you'll need power point.

However, you can try this simple test.

1). With the email member in view, click the forward
tab.

2). When the email member appears in the forward
box, the accompanying attachment(s) will be
included.

3). You can then click on the included attached items
from this box.

4). If you don't receive some kind of denial based on
missing software, and the attachment is viewable,
my guess is that your OE options have specifically
denied attachment viewing. One way to deny some
attachment type viewing is to set OE options as
text only. Depending on the attachment type, view
could be denied due to a text only specification.
