Default Address book OE 6

Yes I have looked at the "Help Pages" quite often but my problem is a little
bigger the I said in my first email.

I have to take over the position of a secretary to club that I belong to and
the old sec. has sent be an email including the 60 odd email addresses of
members. Now it seems I have to enter them one at a time then go into the
address book and copy (can't move) each one, one at a time into the club
address folder. (does this all make sense) Then delete the entry in the Main
Identity Contacts. All this seems very long winded. (and some will say "So
is this letter")
Doing the odd entry every so often is not so bad but 60? yuck!!
