I did a Google search, and found a person with the same issue. This
answer solved the problem for me:

After thinking about this I went into IE Tools/Internet
Options/Accessibility . I noticed I had the "Ignore font sizes specified on
web pages" checked. I unehecked this and now I can change the font size in
my email messages.
