Default Copying replies to folder

If you do that will you get any and all replies or only the ones where the
user has hit the Reply to All button instead of the Reply?

Certainly. Just add the address of the target folder to the cc or bc field,
publish it, and make it the default form for messages. You can find out how
to do the latter on www.slipstick.com. Search on the term default, and it
will be in the first 5 results entries.
