A Bruce said, you have to us a web mail access to you mail and clear the
messages. Most likely message # 4 is a very large file (a picture or movie
attached) and you can not get all your mail. Until you download all
messages, a switch is not set to clear and you will keep getting all
messages each time you connect. Contact your provider for help in
accessing and clearing your mailbox.
