Explain what you mean by the "microsoft address book." There is no such
thing. Explain more clearly what you are trying to do. Are you trying to
parse the individual Contact fields into separate cells?

Yes, i am trying to insert from a list a contact from Outlook and put
it into a spreadsheet. I have tried loading the contacts into a
userform list but as there are over 1000 contacts it takes a while to
load.

In Word you can get the addresses easy and quickly, but its through
the envelope and labels tools and it puts the selected address onto a
envelope. What i am looking for is a similar tool that will put the
selcted info into a spreadsheet, IE name, address, telephone number,
etc...

Do you have any ideas?

Thanks
