I will note that there are an unusually high number of recent threads in the
OE and IE newsgroups about 0x800CCC0E and 0x800CCC0D errors from Comcast and
Roadrunner users for all of them to be coincidental. I think something's
amiss on Comcast's and Roadrunner's respective ends myself.
