After furious head scratching, Laura asked:

| function from contacts such that when you click on the icon, you get
| taken to a map of that contact's address. So when I make an
| appointment , I insert the business card for the contact whose
| address I need to go to, and then when the time comes to go to that
| appointment, I can easily get a map of it.
