Thanx but when I go there, I find Outlook address book already added to my
profile.
This is what really confuses me.

Please advise...

Add the Outlook Address Book service to your mail profile in Control
Panel's Mail applet. Click E-mail AccountsdAdd a new directory or
address bookNextAdditional Address BooksNextOutlook Address
BookNextFinish. Now start Outlook. You'll be able to check that box
now.
