I started outlook 1 morning and it wasn't working. For whatever reason my
view changes each time I open outlook. Sometimes I'll have all my folders in
the "favorite folders" and sometimes it will only have my inbox. Each time I
start it I never know what it will look like. I thought this was just that
so I tried restarting it but they have never come back. it's like the whole
file was deleted except when I right click on the contact button I can open
them in a new window and all the contacts are there.

I tired reseting the navigation pane and that didn't work. Then I tried
the
switch you suggested and that didn't work either. Any other suggestions?
