Default Can Outlook 2003 import its own ics files properly?

All this said, my question (related, and posted elsewhere in this message
board) then is how an Outlook user export an entire calendar into iCalendar
or vCalendar format without doing one item at a time?

Ah yes it does, coz it syncs with Itunes and an Ipod.

So, if I'm driving somewhere and run out of gas or crash, it's the car's
fault? I'll tell the police that if it ever happens.

And without Outlook, it wouldnt sync. Coz Outlook is needed for it to
sync.

Obviously, but it is NOT Outlook DOING the synching.

So, the contacts and calendar (whatever you've entered end up on the
Ipod). Which is working.

So if it can do this, why cant it do it the other way round?

You'll have to ask iTunes. It's their software doing the sync.
