Default cannot log on to outlook express

i have just changed my internet provider from telewest to sky had new modem
installed and was still able to send and receive emails. but today i keep
getting this error message .it allways logs on with no trouble


There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was
rejected. Account: 'pop3', Server: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR Logon failu unknown user name or bad password.',
