computer has been rebooted and it's run for the first time. I guess to
solve this problem I could just never shutdown or reboot my computer .. lol

Any ideas?

LOL and one more thing ... I suck at spelling but at the moment outlook
express is my only news reader .. can anyone tell me how I can get it to
update it's spell checker .. I just tried to run it on this message and
the word 'run' wasn't in the dictionary .. lol
