Default Remove & Reinstall Outlook?

Outlook 2007 is on a separate CD. When you insert the CD, one of the options
will be to repair it or uninstall it.
As far as I know, even in office 2007 the file name still has the "pst"
extension. This file will not be deleted when you uninstall. It would not be
a bad idea to back this file up on occasion.
You must manually recreate your email accounts. Be sure you know your set
ups and passwords before you uninstall.
If you let Outlook create the pst file originally, Outlook should not have
problems finding the file on reinstallation.

Just installed Office Pro 2007 a few weeks ago and now I believe the Outlook
program is corrupted. I exited the program during a download of emails a
week ago and now I can't run the program in anything other than Safe Mode.
When I try to exit, the program become unresponsive and I have to "End Now".
I used the diagnostic programs suggested by Microsoft. I'm at the point of
just uninstalling and reinstalling.

How can I uninstall and reinstall when Outook isn't listed separately? If I
do uninstall, how do I keep my emails?
