Printing in OE Question
Well, hopefully someone can help me with this one. I have a customer that
likes to print out every email that he both sends and receives. He does this
so that he has both a hard copy backup and an electronic one. Makes sense so
far? Okay, so a few days ago he goes to print an email that he wrote, and he
doesn't get a header at the top of the email message like he is used to. So
he tells me and I tell him this is because he was writing in plain text
before and he somehow switched to html. He tells me he has done nothing
different.
Could one of the Microsoft updates have caused this problem to happen?
Anyone know how to help me correct this so that he can print a header every
time he prints an email, no matter who created it or in what format?
Thanks to all who can give me some advise on this one.
