Save to your hard drive an attachment with the file extension give you
problems. Open Windows Explorer and browse to that file. RIght-click it
and choose Open WithChoose Program. Select the application you wish to use
to open it (or browse to it if it doesn't appear in the list) and check the
box labeled "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file".
Click OK.
