Nope, they just go away except for 4 or 5 basic ones. The funny thing is
that I can go directly to a newsgroup and they will come back again. If I
don't do that, then I have to close out Outlook Express and open it back
up for the toolbar to go back to normal. It's an aggravating booger for
sure. Thanks!


Note that the toolbar has different settings for News and Mail. It also may
(I don't remember) have different settings for IMAP and POP3 or different
settings for different news servers.
