Printing in OE Question
I didn't mean anything negative toward you. I was just commenting strongly
about how to go about getting a hotfix. Before, once you were able to
diagnose the problem, then you could just get the hotfix you needed, right
then and there. It just seems like it is counterproductive to have to
contact them first, then wait to get your response. Especially if it is a
major problem and your system is down, then who wants to wait?
Sorry if i upset you, that was not my intention. I am very grateful for your
