Fatal error when trying to run Outlook 2003 & 2007
Do you know where I can get an updated version of the mso.dll file? When I
search on my machine, I see that the file is tucked away in a CAB file.

From what I can see the mso.dll version show is the wrong version for
OL2003, leastways when updated

I uninstall (and reset the PC) all other versions of OL before I install
and
run whichever version I am trying to use. The installation isn't the
problem.
Only trying to run it.

You cannot have more than one version of OL installed.
You would probably need to uninstall OL 2003, then uninstall OL2007 -
possibly uninstall completely the trial. Before you install OL2003
Then you confuse matters by saying OL2002 works fine, so how many
versions
of OL have you installed on this PC?

I just installed my copy of Outlook 2003 on my new Vista PC. The
installation was fine, but I get the following error when I try to run
the
app:

I installed Office Service Pack 3, and still no luck. I did a
Microsoft
Update and I have the same issue. A trial version of Office 2007 came
bundled on my machine, so I tried Outlook 2007, and I received the
same
issue. I've uninstalled, repaired, re-installed, anything I could
think
of.
I couldn't find any help using Google or the Microsoft website.
Outlook 2002 works fine, and this same copy of Outlook 2003 worked
fine on
my other Vista PC.
