Default Outlook 2003 will not open - Not Responding message every time I
I have XP - and have used OE 6.0 as my default, even tho I installed Office
Student & Teacher Edition 2003 a few years ago. I now need to use Outlook,
but each time I try to open, it opens, then when I go to change account
settings in Tools, it hangs, then says Not Responding. I don't recall how I
set it up before, but I can't even get to any tabs to see. I have uninstalled
entire program & re-installed, installed all updates, but no change. Help!
