I recently set up Outlook Express on my parents computer, since that is the
e-mail program I use and typically don't have too many problems. They are
having a terrible time with junk mail. From Wednesday to Sunday they had 982
junk e-mails. I on the other hand do not get near that many. They do have a
Sophos anti-virus on their computer but no spyware or ad-aware type programs.
Would that help or is there something else that would be causing them to get
so many?
