Default How do I import Outlook contact info into a fax cover sheet?

Let us know what you found and how it works so that others can try it. It's
amazing how many of these simple but useful everyday features have been left
out of Outlook. I'm glad there are so many third party developers out there
that can help turn Outlook into a useful product.

Thanks, Russ, for the lead asnd for letting me know I'm not crazy. I did
find an add-in and hopefully it will work with Vista.

I've never found a good way to do this. In theory you could create a
merge
document and save it for reuse, but I've never been able to get this to
work
very well. Maybe someone else has.
You might look for some third party add-ins that can do this. This is
usually a good place to start looking:

My boss is converting from Filemaker to Outlook. Filemaker allows you
to
create a (hard copy) fax cover sheet with the contact's information in
the
correct fields. Is there a way to do this with Outlook?
