You will need a third-party tool for this because Outlook won't export vCal
files and will only save individual events as iCal files.

Not sure what format the input will be in although given it's being
shown in the programme book as a grid I assume it may be a CSV file
output from a spreadsheet.

Outlook should be able to import a CSV with no problem.

I'm not bothered about sorting out input / output, I was just curious
to see if the bug in Outlook 2002 had been fixed.

You don't state the error message you're getting and exactly what you're
doing to get it.
