Default How to convert Outlook Express folders/emails to Outlook???

Outlook uses a .PST file to store data, OE uses .DBX files. The normal
method you'd use to move messages and addresses between the two would be to
use the export function in OE to transfer messages and the Import feature in
Outlook to transfer addresses. Both Outlook and Outlook Express must be
installed and operational on the machine used to do the transfer. Note that
Outlook cannot access OE .DBX files nor can OE access .PST files. Note also
that Outlook will not run without a .PST file; install Outlook, go to
'Control Panel|Mail' and create a new .PST file.

I installed Outlook 2002 and it said it installed okay, but I could not
access any emails or folders. I UNinstalled it completely, but when I
reinstalled it (I've tried 5 times now) it keeps saying it cannot locate

the
outlook.pst file. Of course it cannot find it - I deleted it. I've

tried
removing the registry keys referring to Outloook, as well as any folders

in
Explorer that says Outlook or Office10. None of those things resolved

the
problem.

PLEASE HELP! I cannot use my PDA until I get this resolved! I had to
migrate it to a new PC, and that is when my Problems began. The new pc

was
already set up with Outlook Express, so I need to be able to migrate all

of
those files and their emails. ????
