Known issue. Outlook 2007 does not permit you to remove the Outlook Address
Book service. You must create a new profile to resolve this issue.

1) Control Panel
2) Mail
3) Email Accounts
4) Address Books
5) There is only one address book, "Outlook Address Book" Type MAPI.

I cannot:
A) Delete it
B) change its name
C) add an additional Outlook Address Book

I have tried reloading the pst file, I have tried reinstalling Office,
nothing works.
