Verify that the Outlook Address Book service is loaded. (See Tools
Services for Outlook 2000 configured in Corp/Workgroup mode.)

This issue is regarding Outlook 2000 on a Windows Server 2003 terminal
server.
When I log on (either with administrator or a regular user) I open Outlook
and right click on the Contacts-folder. I then go to "Outlook Address
Book".
There I want to choose "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book", but
the
option is grayed out.

When I tried this on a client computer with Windows XP and Outlook 2000, I
was able to choose the option.

I can`t see any group policies which is Office-related.

What could be the cause of this?
