Delete all messages you don't need and then compact your folders:

Click on Outlook Express at the top of the folder tree so no folders are
open. Then: File | Work Offline (or double click Working Online in the
Status Bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until
the compacting is completed.

Empty the Recycle Bin.

Clear your TIFs.

For IE6:

Clear the Temporary Internet Files: In IE | Tools | Internet Options |
Delete Files button. And check the box to Delete Offline content.

For IE7:

Tools | Internet Options | General Tab | Browsing History | Delete Temporary
Internet Files.

Run a Defrag.

what they needed to know.

The only way to be sure is to remove the hard drive and run a D8 Cat over
