outlook3.pst
Nothing happens just all by itself for no reason. I still can't tell what
you mean by "Contact information has popped into my inbox."
With nothing to go on, you should keep running the repair program until it
finds no errors. Then create a new Outlook profile.

I am using XP Pro with Outlook 2003. Contact information has popped
up in my mail inbox. When I try to delete it it tells me there is an
error in Outlook3.pst and to run the repair program. I do this and I
still can't delete the file. I also have a problem with my reminders
box opening every time I open Outlook and can't delete any of the
reminders.
I have never had a problem llike this and I am just lost on how to fix
it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Dave

Explain more clearly what you're doing. Outlook has no address book
and
the
address book view should never be used for data entry or editing.

I am trying to delete some email addresses from my address book and
keep getting the message on an error in Oulook3.pst run repair. I
do
this and the repair says it is successful but as soon as I try again
to delete the file I get the message again.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
Thanks

I just opened Outlook and it was there. I tried the repair program
and it said it foun errors in Outlook3.pst. I asked it to repir the
errors but after opening Outlook again it was still there. I it like
this and my reminded calendar are stuck "On". I just don't want to do
something crazy trying to clear this up but can live with it if I have
to.
Thanks for your help.
