Default Save all messages in a folder in a single text file

Use DBXtract to extract them to an empty Windows folder and then use any
ordinary way to combine them, like
copy *.eml 2002.txt

That works... sort of.

Unfortunately it trounces all of the date, "To:", and subject line info.
Is there no way to preserve that?
