XP home, SP1. Almost every time I "minimize" IE6 Outlook Express (OE) after
viewing and interacting in my email and newsgroups, a pop-up window appears
stating



"Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the
information you were working on might be lost. For more information about
this error, click here ('close' button)."



“click here” brings up this additional information which reads:
