Can Anyone help, I am a student online and am unable to access my classroom
due to this error. I have called Microsoft and they say to call HP my
computer manufacturer - I just need anyones assitance before I unistall the
Outlook Express that it is affected, nothing else just my Outlook Express.

As currently stated in your subject, I am not familiar with an error
pertaining to an "application version". Was there a more detailed error
message?

Windows XP...Home? Pro? MCE? Does it include SP2?
