I'm able to send attachments from Yahoo web mail to my OE without
problem. So I don't think there is any general Yahoo problem.
It's probably some combination of Yahoo specific headers with the user's
ISP and/or user installed anti-virus or anti-spam software.

Hi Eric,
On the surface it would appear to be a Yahoo issue. Some people were
trying to make sense of it at:
http://www.godiscussions.com/forum/s...?t=2838&page=2
Someone reported success in receiving an attachment after forwarding
the
message to another account.
A good first step would be to get one of these message files to
Michael
Santovec so he can examine the headers.

"ALL" attachments from Yahoo are NOT coming thru to OE. As stated
previously
in a previous post, you can look at the message via properties and see
there
is an attachment and what it should be such as JPG or DOC...etc.
This involves OE set for Bellsouth.net. mail. I have many friends &
family
trying to send attachments from Yahoo and about 1/2 use the Yahoo web
page
and the other 1/2 use Yahoo thru OE. It appears to make no difference
which
way it is sent. I have even set-up a Yahoo email address and attempted
to
send many different types of files. They do not come thru on OE, BUT
here is
the strange part, I can go to the BellSouth Web page for email and the
attachment is there and retrievable.
This has the appearance of being an OE issue.
NEED HELP ON THIS ASAP PLEASE
Eric
