Duplicate emails
HI ALL
I had the same problem,
Problem Description:
The mail box is really large, and I am getting the mails twicely when the
mails where from the specific domain, as to the mails that was new for me
they never duplicated, i think its the problem of the syncronizing the
folders.
Solution:
I increased the timeout to 7 minutes, and uncheck the include send/recieve
for offline in All Accounts group options.
Thats it
hope it will be helpful

Why is outlook producing duplicate e mail messages??!! Not twice but
over 50 at this moment to all recipients. Continually sending same
email. Help me stop it. Just downloaded Office 2003 on Vista
emachines, also lost copied folders in hotmail if you know about that.
First, disable any antivirus scanning by uninstalling your AV program and
reinstalling without the mail scanning feature, if enabled. Second,
increase the server timeout value on the Advanced tab of the account
properties dialogue. Third, make sure your send/receive interval in at
least ten minutes. Fourth, make sure your firewall softwre doesn't scan
mail. Do you have more than one POP account?
There's no reason to worry about the Hotmail messages because they're kept
on the Hotmail server. You should get everything back as soon as you
reconnect to Hotmail.
