There is no Outlook Express 7. But, I've seen some references on the net to
OE being replaced by a news application, maybe called Windows Live Mail or
some such thing. It's unclear to me whether this will be a standalone
application that resides on your computer, or some kind of webmail thing
like Hotmail. Maybe someone else can provide more details.
