Default How do I set meetings in Outlook that recur but not regular times.

Try WS Repeat Appointment for making non-regular recurring meetings. Or use a recurrence for each group after scheduling only those people who work that shift.

After furious head scratching, Shirley asked:

| I am setting up a number - about 30 or so - appointment/meetings.
| The common thread is my boss, who wishes to see 3 staff members
| individually on a fortnightly basis. However the 3 staff work
| shifts, so the meetings cannot be scheduled at regular intervals. Is
| there any way of setting these appoiments up without sending
| appointments for each date?
