On opening Outlook 2003, Outlook Today tries to appear and I get an Internet
Explorer Script error number 298 , and its telling me that outlvba.dll is
not a valid Office Add-in.
Can someone help me fix this? I think i'm missing a .cab file (E2561410.cab).
