Outlook 2007: Missing msvcr80.dll
Cheng
That is what I thought. The msvcr80.dll is a Norton (Symantec) created issue. Removing Norton will remove this error .
Norton is a major cause of many issues lately. Use any free Anti Virus instead. Avast,AVG,Nod32 a few that will do a better job than Norton. Also never use any Anti Virus for scanning your incoming and outgoing emails. The resident Anti Virus will still catch any if you try to open .. Also Anti Spam filtering can also cause issues with your email client.

I encountered this problem countless times, even as I reinstall Outlook
2007
many times. I even tried to remove the manifest file (suggested elsewhere)
but it just won't work. I even reinstalled my Windows Vista Home Premium,
thinking it might be the add-ons causing the problem.... Can some1 help?
The Outlook 2007 I use comes from Office 2007 Professional (Trial).
Thanks in advance!
