Have you considered using a third party addin?

Savvisoft has released 'Blueprint for Outlook' which overcomes the issues around page selection, and and will allow you to print only selected pages, whilst still retaining all the usual message header information.

It also provides you with full control over the layout of your custom forms, even allowing you to add custom headers and footers to printouts.
