Depends what version of Office you have......post Office 2000 and prior
to office 2007 there's a "Save My settings" Wizard in MS Office-Office
Tools. For Office 2007 you need to use the User State Migration tool....





It's not in Outlook. You need to do Start-All Programs-Microsoft
Office-Microsoft Office Tools.....
