Embedded photos

I received an e-mail with photos embedded in the e-mail, not as
attachments.
I right-clicked on the first photo and select "Save picture as..." and
then I
get this pop-up: "The system cannot find the file specified". Any idea
how
I can separate these photos from the e-mail and save them separately to as
photos to a harddrive folder? Connie
