Default How do I remove a background on a form template in outlook?

You may want to use one of the methods listed at http://www.slipstick.com/mail1/html.htm to refresh the entire default message body with the HTML content you would rather see.

Hi Sue and thank you for your reply but I still cannot find where this image
lies even when I run the form. Where should I be looking?

Thank you.

To change any of the content in the message body, you'd need to run the form, not edit it in design mode.

I have customised various outlook templates using one that already existed on
our system. The problem is that when the form is sent, the recipient receives
it into their mailbox with a customised background which can be seen if they
have the reading pane selected and which I wish to remove or edit as it
contains our old company logo.

I have looked everywhere within the design view of the form itself, the
compose page, read page, properties, actions and cannot find where this image
is saved.

Please does anyone know where I need to be looking?

Thank you!
