Running OL2003, I've removed an IMAP mail account via the Tools/Email
Accounts procedure, but the high-level IMAP account folder remains
under my "All Mail Folders"/"Personal Folders" list. Whenever I
attempt to delete, or "close", that folder, I am unable to enact any
action. How can one delete a folder from the list after its
associated account has been removed? I guess I assumed this would
have occurred when I removed the account?
