Default How to remove pesky folder?

Thanks for the direction. When I go under the "New" menu bar, I don't
find "profile". Is there an easy way to do this? Can I effectively
utilize all my existing folders sans the one which although it doesn't
exist is still listed?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Howie asked:
