Outlook disappeared and won't re-install
I am the only user. In trying to think back through what could have caused
the disappearance of Outlook I recall that I was suspicious about how Live
OneCare was possibly causing instabilities so I uninstalled it. The system
hung during the uninstall and after an hour I reset. The next day I realized
Outlook was no longer there. I don't know if one event relates to the other
or not. The system instabilities I had experienced have not returned after
removing OneCare.
Is there some kind of registry edit or something that I need to do to get
Outlook to re-install?

After furious head scratching, tigar asked:
