sending emails
When a message appears in Sent Items, it has been received by your ISP and
the problem lies from that point on.
The only exception that can cause this on your end is e-mail scanning. It
slows down sending and in rare cases can fool OE into thinking it has been
sent, so turn it off. Note that with some programs, turning it off isn't
enough ant you have to uninstall the AV program and reinstall it in Custom
Mode and opt out of e-mail scanning at that point.
